We’re actively on the hunt for a Service Delivery Manager to compliment the Engineers, Developers, Administrators, and Analysts that provide innovation to our customers. The JHC Technology Service Delivery Manager is a key cog in the management of day-to-day operations across a portfolio of projects. On any given day, you could be supporting customer trying to integrate DevOps tool chains, migrate web sites, move enterprise computing to the Cloud, or helping represent JHC Technology at high visibility industry events.
Our SDMs will resolve technical problems, manage team performance, mentor resources, track finances, and review resource allocation and quality daily. Because of the high level of interaction with clients, employees, and management, our next SDM will be an outgoing problem solver with customer service and management experience.
