An individual who has strong organizational, planning, time management and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships. He/she will work in a collaborative effort with the assigned field Account Executive(s) to build new business and increase solution sales to targeted business customer prospects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with JHC.
Connect with our customers and partner counterparts 30-40 times per day via phone and/or video conferencing.
Responsible for driving outbound calls, emails, and proposals.
Focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships as well as gaining market share with existing and new customers.
Stay up-to-date on current industry cloud, IT and cybersecurity trends
Make sure JHC assists in solving customers’ specific challenges.
Develop account relationships preferably with single decision makers within small/medium businesses.
Utilize proven resources and tools to prospect and identify new clients.
Build a book of business through outbound calls.
Communicate JHC’s value proposition to decision makers and contracting personnel.
Develop, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with OEM and (Sub) Contractor partners.
Plan daily and weekly activities, including the use of Trello, in order to achieve sales goals and metrics.
Prepare quotes and bids as necessary.
Collaborate and work closely with field Account Executive to ensure account success.
Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts in Pipedrive.
1-3 years’ experience selling cloud or software solutions to Public Sector agencies (Government, SLED, NPO) preferred.
Commercial Sales, VAR IT or cybersecurity Federal government experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong Time Management Skills
Excellent writing skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge of Pipedrive and/or Trello a plus.
