JHC Technology announced today that it has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) for Development and has also become ISO 9001:2015 certified. We adhere to a continual improvement model and maintaining a Quality Management System to be effective and better serve our customers. The appraisal was performed by Concept QA Labs.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates JHC Technology has processes that are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. JHC Technology’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, continues to evolve and improve over time.
